Industrial Management System Suite
Warehouse Management System
Directed put-away, FEFO picking and cycle counting without shutdown — inventory the whole plant can trust, from inbound dock to outbound shipment.

RUIYI WMS keeps every pallet, carton and piece tracked from the inbound dock to outbound shipment — locations, quantities and statuses that the shop floor and the office can both trust.
Instead of spreadsheet-driven put-away and paper picking lists, every move is directed by the system: where to store each arrival, what to pick first, and which route avoids the congestion.
Where it sits: WMS works beside MES and MOM. MES runs the production floor; WMS runs the warehouse behind it — raw material feeding, finished-goods storage and shipment staging. Orders flow in from ERP, and inventory truth flows back to both.
What gets in the way today
Warehouse problems rarely show up as missing software. They show up as stock that nobody can find and counts that nobody trusts.
Locations live in people's heads.
Veteran staff know where things are; new hires take weeks to learn the racks, and one misplacement costs hours of searching.
Paper picking wastes walks.
Pick lists are printed by hand, walked in the wrong order, and confirmed with a pen that nobody audits.
Counts stop the operation.
Stock accuracy is only known after a full shutdown count, and discrepancies are guessed rather than traced.
What you get
Four mechanisms, each replacing a paper habit with a system-directed one.
Capabilities
Six capability groups, each mapped to what it does in the warehouse rather than a feature name.
Capability | What it does |
Inbound & put-away | ASN-based receiving, QC hold flows and system-directed put-away to the optimal location. |
Picking & waves | Order, batch and wave picking with system-sequenced routes across zones. |
Inventory control | Live location-level stock with batch, serial and status (QC, hold, blocked) tracking. |
Cycle counting | ABC-driven count tasks executed during operations, with variance tracing and approval. |
Replenishment | Min-max and pick-face replenishment triggered automatically before lines run dry. |
Reporting & KPI | Stock accuracy, pick rate, dock-to-stock time and location heat maps — exportable for reviews. |
How it works
1. Receive: inbound is booked against the ASN, QC flows are applied, and the system directs every pallet to its location.
2. Store: stock lives in defined locations with batch, expiry and status attached — every move is a scan, not a note.
3. Pick: orders are released in waves; the system sequences the walk and verifies each pick by scan.
4. Ship: staging, loading and dispatch are confirmed in the system, closing the loop back to ERP and MOM.
Integration & deployment
Connected to ERP and production.
Purchase and sales orders arrive from ERP; material calls and finished-goods moves sync with MES and MOM — one inventory truth end to end.
Works with the hardware you have.
Handheld scanners, forklift terminals and label printers on the market are supported out of the box.
Two weeks to the first warehouse.
The location tree, zones and rules are configured, not coded — a pilot warehouse goes live in two weeks and a template replicates it to the rest.
